Members of the public were invited to participate in the meeting by live streaming the meeting on the Town’s website and submitting comments to comments@townoftiburon.org to be included in the public record for the meeting. SPECIAL MEETING – 5:30 P.M. Chair Noguez called the special meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 2021. ROLL CALL PRESENT: COMMISSION MEMBERS: Noguez, Etemad, Ferrin, Fong, Lee, Hall, Mujica-Beavers PRESENT: EX OFFICIO: Liaison to H&A Commission – Patti Pickett ORAL COMMUNICATIONS None CONSENT CALENDAR H&A May 10 – Action Minutes MOTION – To accept with changes as requested – “Change to reflect request of remaining FY21 money remaining in the fund to be rolled over into the Public Art Fund. Moved – Fong, seconded by Hall All in favor - Aye ACTION ITEMS A-5 Receive Staff report and consider approval of the possible dissolution of the Public Art Selection Panel (PASP) and reorganization of the public art program going forward. Public input was heard from: Richard Rozen, Victoria Miller, Sandra Wolfson MOTION – To continue the discussion to another meeting. Ad Hoc created: Ferrin, Lee, Mujica-Beavers DI-4 Receive staff update on reopening of Tiburon Town Hall. DI-5 Calendar Dates: June 8 – 5:30PM – PASP (Public Art Selection Panel) Meeting June 29 – 5:30PM – H&A (Heritage & Arts Commission) Meeting ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the H&A Commission, Chair Noguez adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
