RESOLUTION NO. 2942
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING lRESTLE
GLEN DRIVE REPAIRS AND OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Trestle Glen Drive Repairs and Overlay Projects were
satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract by
Maggiora and Ghilotti, Inc. on June 20, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
projects consisting of overlay and repairs be accepted by the Town Council
of the, Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on .July 7. 1993 by the foilowing vote:
