RESOLUTION NO. 2943
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
OVERRULING PROTESTS
GILMARTIN DRIVE REFUNDING DISTRICT NO. 1993-1
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
.On June 16, 1993 and July 7, 1993, the Town Council opened
public hearings on the resolution of intention to conduct
reassessment proceedings and the amended reassessment report for
At or before the time set for public hearings, certain
interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed
reassessment.
The Town Council hereby overrules each of these protests,
written or oral.
The Town Council finds that the protest against the proposed
reassessment (including all written protests not withdrawn in
writing before the conclusion of the protest hearing) is made by
the owners of less than one-half of the area of the land to be
reassessed.
