RESOLUTION NO. 2970
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COCNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ADOPTING THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEARS 1993-94 & 1994-95

WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted 'Public Hearings on September 1st,
September 13th, and September 29th on the proposed Municipal Budgets for Fiscal Years
1993-94 and 1994-95; and .
WHEREAS, the Town Council now finds that this proposed two (2) year'Municipal
Budget, as amended, provides for all appropriate municipal purposes and services within
. the current resources and anticipated revenues for Fiscal Years 1993-94 and 1994-95; and

NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED: that said budgets, as amended;
appropriates funds in the subsequent amounts for:
FY 1993-94 FY 1994-95
General Operations
Capital Improvements
Debt Service

Total Appropriation:
$5.790.450
$6.227.450
and is hereby approved and adopted as Tiburon's Municipal Budget for Fiscal Years 1993.
94 and 1994-95, and all expenditures, encumbrances, transfers and appropriations set forth
therein are also approved; and
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Town Manager may make
adjustments between functions and activities within the budget provided that no increases
or diminishment in salaries result other than that provided by the Town's Personnel System
and Master Salary Program, or as authorized by the Town Council, and provided that no
expenditure or encumbrance contingent on contract agreement, or other engagement
requiring approval of the Town Council shall be made until such contract, agreement, or
other engagement is first approved by the Town Council.

Tiburon on October 6. 1993, by the following vote:
