RESOLUTION NO. 3309
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OFTIrnURON
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN MANAGER
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998 - 99
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article IT, Section 2-7 ofthe Tiburon Municipal Code
requires that the salary of the Town Manager be f"o:ed by Resolution of the Town Council;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager shaD receive annually those benefits as provided for
and specified in the Management Recognition and Incentive Compensation Program,
Resolution No. 3298, adopted on September 2, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the monthly salary of the Town
Manager for Fiscal Year 1998-99 shall be $8,340.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council ofthe Town of
Tiburon on October 21, 1998, by the following vote:
