A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON ADOPTING EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
ADJUSTMENTS FOR NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1. 1998 - JUNE 30. 1999
WHEREAS, Non-Represented positions of the Town are comprised as follows:
Town Attorney
Chief of Police
Planning Director
Finance Director
Town Clerk
Supt. Public Works
Asst. Superintendent
Building Official
Senior Planner
Associate Planner
Police Secretary
Police Lieutenant
WHEREAS, compensation levels for Non-Represented employees was last reviewed and
adjusted effective for the period July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon
does hereby authorize the following, effective July I, 1998:
Salary Adjustment: A base salary adjustment of three point one (3.1 %) percent for all
_ Non-Represented employee positions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on August 5. 1998, by the following vote:
