A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TmURON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO ACCEPT CONVEYANCE OF A CONDOMINIUM
LOCATED AT 18 MARSH ROAD, TmURON (APN 058-440-17)
ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF TmURON
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon authorized the purchase and
acquisition of a condominium unit located at 18 Marsh Road, Tiburon, California, by minute order
at its meeting of September 17, 1997; and
WHEREAS, state law provides that the deed to the subject unit shall not be accepted for
recordation without the consent of the Town evidenced by its certificate or resolution of
acceptance attached to or printed on the deed or grant; and
WHEREAS, the acceptance of the subject unit will benefit the residents ofTiburon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
that the Mayor is authorized to accept conveyance of the unit located at 18 Marsh Road in
Tiburon and execute all documents necessary to memorialize said acceptance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on, February 4, 1998, by the following vote:
