RESOLUTION NO. 25-2025
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING THE TOWN’S PUBLIC PAY SCHEDULE, EFFECTIVE, JULY 1, 2025
WHEREAS, the Town Council has established, approved, and adopted a fair and
equitable compensation plan with pay ranges for approved classifications; and
WHEREAS, the California Code of Regulations section 570.5 requires a publicly available pay schedule that is current and accurate and reflects the position title for every employee position and shows the pay rate for each identified position; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon hereby adopts this Resolution approving the Town’s Publicly Available Pay Schedule as set forth in Exhibit A, effective July 1, 2025.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon on August 6, 2025, by the following vote:
