RESOLUTION NO. 3108
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
RECOGNIZING OLD ST. HILARY'S OPEN SPACE PRESERVE
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon, the City of Belvedere and the County of
Marin were instrumental in the acquisition and preservation of the property
commonly known as the "Jay Property,"
WHEREAS, the Communities of Tiburon and Belvedere, in conjunction with
the County of Marin acquired this property for the purpose of preserving it as
permanent Open Space,
WHEREAS, the property represents approximately sixteen (16) acres located
in the downtown Tiburon watershed adjacent to Old St. Hilary's Church,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon does hereby officially name the property the "Old St. Hilary's Open
Space Preserve," effective July 1, 1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council
on July 19, 1995, by the following vote:
