TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Mayor Thier called the regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, California. ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Fredericks, Nikfar, Ryan, Thier Welner ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
PRESENT: EX OFFICIO: Town Manager Chanis, Town Attorney Stock, Interim Director of Community Development Toft, Town Clerk
Dilena ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Becky Pringle asked that the Council have the Town Attorney present a legal avenue for securing beach access for a kayak/SUP launch without involving the City of Belvedere. CONSENT CALENDAR CC-1. 14 Southridge East – Adopt resolution denying appeal of Design Review Board’s approval of Site Plan and Architectural Review for a remodel and variance requests at 14 Southridge East (Community Development Department) CC-2. Grand Jury Response – Adopt and authorize the Town Manager to execute the Town’s response to Marin County Civil Grand Jury Report entitled “The Worrisome Future of Marin Housing:
