RESOLUTION NO. 3093
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING A PARCEL MAP
FOR THE MARINERO ESTATES PROJECT
(HARROMAN PROPERTY)
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 058-100-20 & 211
RECITALS
A Parcel Map application has been duly submitted to split
the 102.84 acre Harroman Property into parcels of 88.2 acres
and 14.64 acres pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement
previously approved by the Town.
The submitted map has been examined and signed by the Town
Engineer and returned to the Town Clerk as required in
section 14-5.8 of the Tiburon Municipal Code.
The Town Engineer and Planning Department Staff have
determined that the map is in substantial conformance with
the approved Tentative Map adopted by the TiburonPlanning
Commission on May 23, 1995.
APPROVAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of
the Town of Tiburon does:
1. Approve the map entitled "Division of Lands of pine
Street Management Company", prepared by Brogan and
Patterson, civil engineers, dated May 1995.
2. Direct that said map be duly recorded with the County
Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on May 23, 1995 by the
following vote:
