RESOLUTION NO. 3248
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TmURON APPROVING A PARCEL MAP FOR
FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF 3.82 ACRES OF LAND INTO TWO
PARCELS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NED'S WAY AND
TmURON BOULEVARD
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 58-151-23)
RECITALS
A Parcel Map proposing the division of3.82 acres ofland into two parcels of2.31
and 1.51 acres respectively has been initiated by the Town of Tiburon.
The submitted map has been examined by the Town Engineer and returned to the
Town Clerk as required in Section 14-6,8 of the Tiburon Subdivision Ordinance,
The Town Engineer and Planning Department Staff have determined that the map
is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Subdivision Map approved by
Planning Commission Resolution No. 97-16 on July 23, 1997, and that all required
conditions of approval have been met,

APPROVAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon. does approve the map entitled "Parcel Map- Lands of the Town of
Tiburon", dated September 1997, prepared by Bracken & Keane (2 sheets), and
does direct that said map be duly recorded with Marin County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on November 5, 1997, by the following vote:
