RESOLUTION NO. 3230
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TffiURON APPROVING THE DESIGNATION
OF "LAS P ALMAS W A YO' AS A PRIVATE STREET
WHEREAS, the Town has received an application from Kent N. Allen requesting that an
unnamed private roadway serving nine residential lots be designated "Las Palmas Way."
WHEREAS, the Town Council has reviewed this request, along with the petition
submitted by several of the property owners of the parcels served by this private roadway, and has
determined that the safety and convenience of the subject properties would be enhanced by the
provision of an official street name.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
that:
I. Las Palmas Way is hereby approved as the name of the private street consisting
of Marin County Assessor Parcel Number 055-261-22, as shown on the attached
Exhibit A.
2.
Las Palm as Way is not accepted into the Town's street system pursuant to
Streets and Highways Code Section 1808.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council on July 2, 1997, by
the following vote:
