RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING NOTICE OF COMPLETION
AND IMPROVEMENTS TO
NEW TOWN HALL AT 1505 TmURON BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Dean Bloomquist, Building Official for the Town of Tiburon, has verified
the Notice of Completion, dated May 15, 1997 (attached hereto as Exhibit A), for a work of
improvement consisting of the Tiburon Town Hall Construction project at 1505 Tiburon
Boulevard, in accordance with the contract with Midstate Construction Corporation, 1180 Holm
Road, Petaluma, California 94954;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that such work be accepted by the Town
Council of the Town ofTiburon subject to the provisions of the contract with Midstate
Construction Corporation, dated June 3, 1996, and per plans and specifications thereof
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on June 18, 1997, by the following vote:
