RESOLUTION NO. 3208
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
LINDA VISTA UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Irving L. Schwartz, the Engineer of Work for the Linda Vista
Undergrounding Assessment District, has stated that work was satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the contract specifications of HOD Construction, Inc., Pacific Gas &
Electric Company, Pacific Bell and TCI on December 12, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned improvements
consisting of undergrounding of existing overhead utilities within Linda Vista Avenue and
Vereda Path in the Town of Tiburon be accepted by the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on February 5,1997, by the following vote: .
