RESOLUTION NO. 3202
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
AMENDED JOINT POWERS
(AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES) AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon finds that the First
Amendment to the Amended Joint Powen (and Community Facilities) Agreement of
January 20,1993, dated January 1, 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto, will be
beneficial to the residents of the Town ofTiburon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon that the Fint Amendment to the Amended Joint Powers (and Community
Facilities) Agreement of January 20, 1993 is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to sign the First Amendment and the Oerk is authorized to attest to its execution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at special meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon n December 16. 1996, by the following vote:
