RESOLUTION NO. 3201
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN ATTORNEY
TO ACCEPT CONVEYANCE OF A CONDOMINIUM
LOCATED AT 3 MARSH ROAD
ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
WHEREAS, the Town Council ofthe Town of Tiburon authorized the purchase and
acquisition of a condominium unit located at 3 Marsh Road, Tiburon, California, by
minute order at its meeting of May 15, 1996; and
WHEREAS, state law provides that the deed to the subject unit shall not be
accepted for recordation without the consent of the Town evidenced by its certificate or
resolution of acceptance attached to or printed on the deed or grant; and
WHEREAS, the acceptance of the subject unit will benefit the residents ofTiburon;
_, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon that the Town Attorney is authorized to accept conveyance of the unit located at 3
__ Marsh Road in Tiburon and execute all documents necessary to memorialize said
acceptance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on December 16, 1996, by the following vote:
