RESOLUTION NO. 2991
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
LINDA VISTA UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1994-2
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Linda vista
Undergroundinq Assessment District No. 1994-2, Town of Tiburon,
Marin County, California" has been filed with the Town Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory
included in a proposed assessment district to be known as Linda
vista Undergrounding Assessment District No. 1994-2, Town of
Tiburon, Marin County, California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
This Council directs the Town Clerk to certify the
adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a
copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in the
Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts.
