RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING JOINT REFUNDING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF TIBURON AND
THE TffiURON PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING AUTHORITY
1996 REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS
TIBURON PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING AUTHORITY
The Town Council of the Town ofTiburon hereby resolves as follows:
This Council approves that certain Joint Refunding Agreement between the Town ofTiburon
and the Tiburon Public Facilities Financing Authority in connection with the issuance of 1996
Refunding Revenue Bonds, Tiburon Public Facilities Financing Authority, Town ofTiburon, Marin
County, California, dated September 4, 1996, and attached to this resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the Town Clerk is authorized to attest its
execution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
on September 4, 1996, by the following vote:
