RESOLUTION NO. 3165
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON CREATING A "NO PARKING" ZONE
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TIBURON BOULEVARD (STATE HIGHWAY 131)
BETWEEN REED RANCH ROAD AND STEW ART DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon, as follows:
The following portion of Tiburon Boulevard (State Highway 131) is hereby defined and
established as a "NO PARKING" area and shall be governed by the provisions of Section 23-31
of the Tiburon Town Code:
1) On the South Side of Tiburon Boulevard (State Highway 131), starting at Reed Ranch
Road to Stewart Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on June 5, 1996, by the following vote:
