RESOLUTION NO. 46-2005
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING
2005 STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer for the 2005 Street Rehabilitation Program
has stated that, as of August 2005, the contract work was satisfactorily completed in accordance with
the contract specifications awarded on June 1, 2005 to North Bay Construction, Inc., Petaluma, CA.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
accepts the contract work as complete, which is more fully described in the aforementioned contract,
located within the offices of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon
on, Wednesday, September 21,2005, by the following vote:
