RESOLUTION NO. 13-2005
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2201 AND ADOPTING NEW
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 3 of the Tiburon Municipal Code provides for the
maintenance of an effective personnel system, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, from time to time, to adopt new provisions to the
Town's Personnel Rules and Regulations, so that they may be timely and reflect modern
personnel administration procedures and newly legislated law, and
WHEREAS, Resolution NO. 2201, adopted April 4, 1984, adopted the Town's
current Personnel Rules and Regulations, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon does hereby repeal Resolution No. 2201 establishing the Town's Personnel
Rules and Regulations and adopt the Exhibit Personnel Rules and Regulations.
PASSED AND ADOPOTED by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburonon
April 6, 2005, by the following vote:
