CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Tiburon Town Council was convened on Tuesday, September 5,
2000, at 6: 10 P.M., on the Tiburon Multi-Use Path in the vicinity of the Ned's Way/ Tiburon
Boulevard intersection.

BUSINESS
1. BELVEDERE DRAINAGE DIVERSION DITCH LANDSCAPING
Town Council members met with City Council members of Belvedere and Staff to
review the proposed re-landscaping of the project site.
--
Belvedere's landscape consultant Ralph Alexander discussed the proposed
landscaping and berming as both Councils and Staff walked the multi-use path
adjacent to the project area to be landscaped.
Belvedere City Engineer Bob Branz indicated that he and the landscape consultant
were meeting the following day to finalize the cost estimates for the project, including
Phase I and Phase II landscaping, berming, irrigation, water meter and future
maintenance and watering costs.
The Councils suggested the next step was to present the finalized landscaping plan
and cost estimate information to a joint meeting of the Belvedere and Tiburon
Councils during the week of September 11, 2000.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
