RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION
GILMARTIN DRIVE REFUNDING DISTRICT NO. 1993-1
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
As a part of the reassessment proceedings in Gilmartin Drive
Refunding District No. 1993-1; Town of Tiburon, Marin County,
California, this Council approves that certain agreement between
the Town of Tiburon and Bank of America National Trust and Savings
Association, dated July 7, 1993, and attached to this resolution.'

the Town of Tiburon on July 7, 1993, by the following vote:
