ORDINANCE NO. 394 N.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
,OWN OF TlBURON PREZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERlY
II ON PARADISE DRIVE A.P. NO. 39-021-07
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Findinl,!s.
1. An application has been received from Irving and Varda Rabin to prezone
approximately one acre of property described as Assessor Parcel No. 39-021-
07 to RO-1 zone.
2. The Planning Commission held a duly noticed and advertised public hearing
on March 24, 1993, and recommended prezoning of the property to
Residential Planned Development (RPD) zone.
3. The Town Council has held a duly noticed and advertised public hearing on
April 21, 1993, and has considered all testimony in reaching its decision,
4. The Town Council finds that the project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of CEQA pursuant to Section 15319 of the CEQA Guidelines.
5. The Town Council finds that the prezoning is consistent with the goals and
,.. policies of the Tiburon General Plan.
t. SECTION 2. Annroval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon does hereby prezone the subject property, as shown on the attached
Exhibit "A", to Residential Planned Development (RPD) zone, effective immediately
upon annexation of the property to Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on May 5. 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Thompson, Thayer, Nygren,
Friedman
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Kuhn
