RESOLUTION NO. 31-2007
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING THE DESIG~ATION OF
"EGRET COURT" AS A STREET IN THE TOWN OF TIBURON
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon has received a petition from property owners
requesting that an unnamed roadway easement that intersects Tiburon Boulevard in the
vicinity of Owlswood Road be officially designated as "Egret Court".
WHEREAS, the Town Council has reviewed this request and determined that the
safety and convenience of the subject residential properties and the general public would
be enhanced by the designation of this roadway with an official street name.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon that:
Egret Court is hereby approved as the name of the roadway easement serving
four residential parcels on the northeast side of Tiburon Boulevard, between Owlswood
Road and Ned's Way, as legally described on the attached Exhibit "A" and as graphically
depicted for illustration purposes on the attached Exhibit "B".
Egret Court is not accepted into the Town of Tiburon street system pursuant to
Streets and Highways Code Section 1806.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon on July 18, 2007 by the following vote:

COUNCILMEMBERS: Berger, Fredericks, Gram, Slavitz, Smith

BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of the parcel of land described in the Deed fro~ Thomas B.
Deffenbach, et ai, to the State of California, recorded September 19, 1928 in Book 157 of Offlaal records, at
page 143, distant along said line North 620 54' west 333 feet from the most Southerly comer of that parcel of
land described in the Deed from William Campbell Judge, alias to Howard I. McGill, etux, recorded June 24,
1954 in Book 873 of Offtdal Records, at Page 93, Marin County Records; thence leaving said line and running
North 320 33' East 150.00 feet to the point of beginning hereof; thence from said point of beginning, North
320 33' East 151.36 feet to a point; thence South 620 54' East 100.78 feet to a point; thence South 31045'
West 150.99 feet to a point; thence on ~ direct line N~t~. 620 54' W~ to the point of beginning.

A~ EAS~MENT and right of way for ingress and egress and utility purposes over a strip of land 10 feet in
WIdth lYing Easterly of .and adjacent to the following described line:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of the hereinabove described land which bears North 31045'
East 16 feet from the Southeasterly comer thereof; running thence South 310451 West 166 feet more or
less, to the Northerly line of land conveyed to the State of California by Deed first set forth herei~above.
Egret Court is Parcel Two as Described in this description.
