HENNESSY, Town Clerk Town of Tiburon 1155 Tiburon Boulevard Tiburon, California 94920 THIS STAMP CONFIRMS RECORDING DATA ONLY NOTICE OF REASSESSMENT Pursuant to the requirements of section 3114 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the undersigned Town Clerk of the Town of Tiburon, Marin County, California, hereby gives notice that a Reassessment Diagram and Reassessment were recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works of said Town, as provided in said Section, and relating to the following described property: The lots, pieces or parcels of land as shown on the Reassessment Diagram for Gilmartin Drive Refunding District No. 1993-1, Town of Tiburon, Marin County, California, which was filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin on the ~~ day of July, 1993, in Book ~ of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts at Page ~~ thereof. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that upon the recording of this notice in the office of the County Recorder, the several reassessments levied upon the _ots, pieces or parcels of land shall become a lien upon the respective lots or parcels shown on the Reassessment Diagram. Reference is made to the Reassessment Diagram hereinabove referred to and the Reassessment Roll recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works of said Town of Tiburon on the 20th day of July, 1993. Said Reassessment Roll recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works is referred to to determine the amount of each reassessment levied against each parcel of land shown upon the reassessment diagram. A list of the name or names of the assessed owners as they appear on the latest secured assessment roll, or as known to the Town Clerk, is attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with a list of the amount of the reassessment levied against each parcel of land. The reassessments which have been levied and which are made a lien upon the respective parcels by the recording of the reassessment diagram and this notice supersede and supplant the earlier assessments of Gilmartin Drive Refunding District 1987-3, said earlier reassessments having become a lien by recording of the original Notice of Reassessment on October 15, 1987, as Recorder's Serial No. 87-67818, Official Records of the Marin County Recorder.
