NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. That on the 7th day of August 2002, the public works project known as
Upper Stewart Drive Undergrounding Project
was completed at the locations specified on the project plans prepared by
UDI-Tetrad, Inc. and dated March 15,2001.
2. That the name and address of the party filing this Notice is
Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer, 1505 Tiburon Blvd., Tiburon, CA 94920
3. That the name and address of the contractor responsible for the construction of
said public project is
Underground Construction Co., Inc.

4. That the name of said contractor's surety is
Federal Insurance Company
5. That the general description of the public project was to underground the
overhead utilities within the Upper Stewart Drive Undergrounding Assessment
. District.

RESOLUTION NO. 43-2002
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING UPPER STEWART DRIVE
UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING PROJECT CONTRACT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer, Town Engineer for the Upper Stewart Drive
Utility Undergrounding Project, has stated that, as of July, 2002, the contract work was satisfactorily
completed in accordance with the contract specifications awarded on May 16, 2001 to Underground
Construction Company, Inc., Benicia, CA.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
accepts the utility undergrounding work, which is more fully described in the aforementioned
contract, located within the offices of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon
on, Wednesday, August 7, 2002, by the following vote:
