NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. That on the 5th day of June 2002, the public works project known as:
2001 Street Rehabilitation Program
was completed at the locations specified on the project plans prepared by I.L.
Schwartz & Associates and dated July 27, 2001.
2. That the name and address of the party filing this Notice is:
Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer, 1505 Tiburon Blvd., Tiburon, CA 94920
3. That the name and address of the contractor responsible for the construction of
said public project is:
Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc.

4. That the name of said contractor's surety is:
Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of Connecticut

That the general description of the public project was resurfacing of existing
pavement at locations depicted on said plans and as amended by the Town
Engineer.

RESOLUTION NO. 29-2002
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
2001 STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM
PROJECT NO. 6940-E-OI0l
WHEREAS, Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer for the 2001 Street Rehabilitation Program
(Project No. 6940-E-OI01) has stated that, as of May 2002, the contract work was satisfactorily
completed in accordance with the contract specifications awarded on September 19, 2001 to
Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., San Rafael" CA.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
accepts the contract work as complete, which is more fully described in the aforementioned contract,
located within the offices of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon
on, Wednesday, June 5, 2002, by the following vote:
