NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. That on the 3rd day of April 2002, the public works project known as
Centro West/Racoon Lane Storm Drainage Improvements
was completed upon the property at the following location:
Centro West and Racoon Lane
2. That the name and address of the party filing this Notice is
Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer, 1505 Tiburon Blvd., Tiburon, CA 94920
3. That the name and address of the contractor responsible for the construction of
said public project is
Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc.

San Rafael, CA 94901
4. That the name of said contractor's surety is
Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of Connecticut
5. That the general description of the public project was
Installation of new storm drainage pipe, replacement of existing culvert,
and channel improvements

RESOLUTION NO. 16-2002
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
CENTRO WEST -RACOON LANE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 6940-E-0002
WHEREAS, Patrick F. Echols, Town Engineer, and Irving L. Schwartz, the Engineer of
Work for Centro West-Racoon Lane Storm Drainage Improvements (Project No. 6940-E-0002)
have stated that, as of March, 2002, the contract work was satisfactorily completed in accordance
with the contract specifications awarded in October 23,2001 to Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., San
Rafael, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
accepts the drainage improvements, which are more fully described in the aforementioned
contract, located within the offices of the Town Engineer of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on April 3, 2002, by the following vote:
