works Department expenditures, i.e. McKegney
Green. Blackies Pastnre, Multi-Use Path, etc.
,. How can Tiburon blvd. trash be picked up or
removed on regular basis.
r On-street parking problem in Hawthorne Terrace
area resulting in street sweeping problems.
r Unsafe trees located on private property. How
can they be abated?
r TPC Master Plan Amendment and impacts upon
road realignment. marsh area. etc.
r Stmma\ problem at Los Lomas Lane
r Easton property development - concerns
primarily with traffic & ingress/egress.
,. Emergency preparedness activities in various
Tlburon neighborhoods. Medical cache locations
III Old Tiburon.
r Trce and view problems - El Marinero area.
What other solutions to resolve disputes other

r Problem with hedges growing over sidewalk

r Enforcement of Town parking. traffic and

r Neighborhood safety concerns associated with
parents picking up and dropping off students at
the schools, primarily Del Mar School. Need for
coordinated plan between School District,
residents and Town.
,. Street sweeping needs along Avenida Miraflores
median strip.
,. Major pedestrian and vehicular safety problems
at the intersections of Tiburon Blvd. and Stewart
Dr., Reed Ranch Rd. and Cecilia Way.
>- Construction problems associated with building
tear-downs and on street parking taken up by
construction vehieles.
>- Concerns relating to the status and maintenance
of the Downtown Marsh.
>- Speeding and parking problems in the vicinity of
Centro West and Esperanza. Traffic safety
committee should review.
,. Parking problem at the end of Hacienda Drive
and along Tiburon Ridge trail on private
property.
>- Status of downtown historical district and
consultants recommendations.
>- Corte Madera's proposed affordable housing
project and zoning by Robin Drive adjacent to
Tiburon's boundary.
,. Appropriate fencing to provide residential
security and protection from deer, yet esthetically
acceptable.
,. Large teenage parties and activities on Rmg
Mountain during late evening hours.
