HILLHA VEN UNDERGROUNDING DISTRICT Comment: Town Attorney has achieved closure, Final checks mailed to bankruptcy trust, subcontractors & neighbors (including the Hannah's) II, SPRING LANE WATER TANK Comment: Still in very preliminary design & engineering stage. Probably before Tiburon Commission & Council in 2000. III. TIBURON PENINSULA CLUB MASTER PLAN Comment: EIR Consultant has been selected. TPC requesting Town waiver of StaffEIR administrative fee. IV, DOWNTOWN HISTORICAL DISTRICT Comment: Consultant Glen Matthews David is preparing final report and recommendations. Scheduled for review by Heritage & Arts Commission in March, then to Planning Commission and Town Council. V. DOWNTOWN FERRY DOCK REALIGNMENT PROJECT Comment: The Town has requested a$35,000 advance of the grant funding to retain a specialized engineering consultant to develop the project design plans, Project Schedule as follows: TIBURON FERRY DOCK REALIGNMENT INITIAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT 1999 FEB MAR APR MAY JUN JUL AUG SEP OCT NOV DEC ACTIVITY ConceptUal Design Permtt Process Geotechnical Working Drawings VI. CORTE MADERA HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE Comment: Town has received consultant's preliminary draft. Robin Drive remains ranked No.2 as for possible sites but is now recommended for "not to exceed" 65 units. VII. NED'S WAY SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT Comment: Currently referred to as Ned's Way Garden Homes. Application has been deemed completed by the Town and EIR preparation currently underway, Four (4) units are scheduled for very low- income ownership. Town provides subsidy for these units and developer is responsible to qualify owners. VIII. GREENWOOD BEACH ROADIBLACKIE'S PASTURE DRAINAGE Comment: All engineering and design work has been completed. BCDC has granted it approval and Town and residents currently waiting on Corps of Engineers permit. IX. RULE 20 A FUND BALANCE Comment: Tiburon's current balance, after the Blackie's Pasture adjustment, is <$78,381>, After credit of the Town's 1999 allocation, our balance will be close to -0-.
