AMENDMENT NO.1
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
This AMENDMENT forms a part of the original AGREEMENT between the TOWN OF
TIBURON and GARDENERS' GUILD, INC., dated October 23, 2006, and modifies or adds to
the original elements of the Agreement as noted below. Portions of the Agreement not
specifically mentioned in this Amendment remain in force. All parties affected shall be and are
fully advised of these changes, deletions, and additions.
A. Section 2 - Compensation
Exhibit A is modified to reflect an updated monthly maintenance fee of $ "'53 ~s described in
that attached document entitled "Work Order No. 42736 - Contract Change Order - Contract
Renewal." The updated fee will be effective January 1,2008.

Please work with Mr. Joel Brewer and Mr. Dennis Trumble (at 415-435-7399) in better defining your
maintenance schedule. We are concerned the level of maintenance effort is dropping off and would like to
re-establish a certain level of expectation.
