Minimum Storage Charge $35.00 per month
Monthly storage rate per cubic ft. $0.35 per month
Double size carton $0.70 per month
X-ray carton $0.35 per month
Check carton $0.50 per month
Receiving, Indexing, & Handling $1.00 per carton (1 time charge)
Regular Reference (retrieve or re-fiIe) $1.50 per file or carton
Rush Retrieval $3.50 per file or carton
Permanent Removal $4.50 per carton
Simple Disposal Of Cartons* $5.50 per carton
Record Center Carton Cost $2.00 each (plus sales tax)
Transportation: pickup or delivery varies per number of cartons
Delivery and/or pickup of cartons $20.00 for 1-5 cartons (min. charge)
