RESOLUTION NO. 2692
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON CREATING HANDICAPPED
PARKING SPACES ON TIBURON BOULEVARD SOUTH
SIDE ALONG RICHARDSON BAY LINEAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TIBURON, that it is hereby ordered as follows:
The following portion of Tibuorn Boulevard is hereby defined and
established as handicapped parking, and shall be governed by the provisions
of the Tiburon Town Code:
1. On the South side of Tiburon Boulevard, starting 210 feet west
of the intersection of San Rafael Avenue, and proceeding for a
distance of eight (8) feet west.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on April 18, 1990 by the following vote:
