RESOLUTION NO. 2690
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING
THE PARCEL MAP FOR THE PETRONE 2-LOT
SUBDMSION AT THE CORNER OF BOND
LANE AND TAYLOR ROAD lAP 38-071-09)
RECITALS
A Parcel Map for the Petrone subdivision has been submitted proposing the
creation of two lots at the corner of Bond Lane and Taylor Road.
The Parcel Map has been examined by the Town Engineer and returned to the
Town Clerk as required in Section 14.36 of the Tiburon Subdivision Ordinance.
The Town Engineer and Planning Staff have determined that the Parcel Map is
in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map adopted by
Resolution No. 2628 on 9/6/89, and that all required conditions of approval have
been complied with.
APPROVAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon does hereby approve the Petrone Parcel Map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on April 18. 1990 by the following vote:
