AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON AMENDING SECTION 18-4
OF THE TIBURON MUNICIPAL CODE TO MAKE VIOLATION OF
PARK. USE REGULATIONS AN INFRACTION
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 18-4 of the Tiburon Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read:
Section 18-4. Violation.
Any person violating any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter
shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction shall be punished as provided
for in Government code Section 36900.
SECTION 2. Publication and Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those Town
Council members voting for or against it, in The Ark, a newspaper of general
circulation in the Town of Tiburon, as required by l&w, and shall become effective
Thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on March 20, 1991, by the following vote:
