RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON ADOPTING THE MUNICIPAL
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted Public Hearings on June 11
and June 18, 1990 on the proposed Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year
1990-91; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council now finds that the proposed Municipal
Budget, as amended, provides for all appropriate municipal purposes and
services within the current resources and anticipated revenues for fiscal year
1990-91; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said budget, as
amended, appropriates funds in the subsequent amounts for:
General Operations
Capital Improvements
Debt Service
$2,875,250
939,650
1,300,000
Total Budget Appropriation:
$5,114,900
and is hereby approved and adopted as Tiburon's Municipal Budget for
Fiscal Year 1990-91, and all expenditures, encumbrances, transfers and
appropriations set forth therein are also approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Manager may make
adjustments between functions and activities within the budget provided that
no increases or diminishment in salaries result other than that provided
by the Town's Personnel System and Master Salary Program, and provided
that no expenditure or encumbrance contingent on contract agreement, or
other engagement requiring approval of the Town Council shall be made
until such contract, agreement, or other engagement is first approved by the
Town Council.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on June 20, 1990, by the following vote:
