RESOLUTION NO. 2708
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1985-1
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
As a part of the proceedings for the sale of the Special Tax
Refunding Bond, Community Facilities District No. 1985-1,
Refunding Series 1990, this Council hereby approves the
Preliminary Official Statement dated June 1, 1990, and a Final
Official statement derived substantially therefrom. Distribution
of the Preliminary Official Statement and the Final Official
statement is hereby authorized.
The Preliminary Official statement is final except for
certain information which will not be known until the time of
sale and is therefore "deemed final" within the meaning of Rule
15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Town Manager is authorized to sign the Preliminary
Official Statement and the Final Official Statement.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on May 16, 1990, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Friedman, Coxhead, Kuhn, Thayer and Logan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
