RESOLUTION NO. 2752
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING THE
RING MOUNTAIN SUBDMSION FINAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Ring Mountain Subdivision Final Improvements were
satisfactorily completed according to the Town Engjneer's letter dated
October 12, 1990, and
WHEREAS, according to the subdivision agreement, the Town shall be
responsible for maintenance of Town owned improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
project consisting of improvements to Paseo Mirasol, Blackfield Drive, and
Reed Ranch Road be accepted by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on .T anuary 2, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers: Friedman, Coxhead, Thayer,
Kuhn, Logan
NOES:
Councilmembers: None
ABSENT:
Councilmembers: None
