NOW, THEREFOBE, BE,ITltESOLvED; 111i8 'Couitcil does hereby approve
the Precise PLans as submitted by Mario Gaidano, Architect, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Nineteen (19)':I?rt$tagspace-a, shalJ."he provided on the land
between the Tibur(')n',~,)(ige and the Safeway, according to a
plan to be approved by the Planning Commission and City
Council.
2. No occupancy of ,the spaces approved as part of this
Precise Plan shall be granted until such parking is
provided'.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on March 9. 1970, by the following vote:
