RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION K\P OF
RESUBDIVIS ION OF LOTS 6, 7 AND 11, AND PORTION OF
LOT 5, PORTO MAf.INO ESTATES AND PORTION OF LOT 18,
DEL MIRAMAR
WHEREAS, the final subdivision map for the resubdivision of LOTS 6, 7 AND
11, AND A PORTION OF LOT 5, PORTO MARINO ESTATES AND A PORTION OF LOT 18, DEL MlRA-
MAR has been presented to the City for approval by Deak & Co., owner; and
WHEREAS, the map has been filed with the City Engineer for presentation
to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for its approval, which map is hereby
referred to and incorporated herein; and
vrnEREAS, subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the con-
struction and completion of improvements, including driveways and drainage facil-
ities and other work~"hich iz pertinent to the subdivision designated in this map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the final map is approved and the
City accepts the offer of dedication of the pedestrian easement and rejects the
offer of dedication of all other easements, on the condition the subdivider first
enters into and executes with the City the agreement attached hereto and meets
the requirement thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on May 10 , 1971, by the following vote:
