RESOLUTION NO. 173
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY eOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ADOPTING nUDGET FOil EXPENDITUP..E OF FUNDS ALLOCATED
FRON THE STATE HIGHt-lAY FUND TO CITIES.
HHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the City of Tiburon,
hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, herein~fter referred to as the Department, on October 29,
1964, for expenditure of State-allocated funds; and
IlHEP~AS a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to
the Department on September 11, 1967 shmring the estimated expenditures of
such funds recommended to be made during the 1967-68 fisc~l year; and
HHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on September 26, 1967
has been presented to the City Council in accordance with the project state-
ment submitted by the City; and
I~lmrillAS the City Council has considered said budget, as approved
by the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEPillFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget be
and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made
from such funds during the 1967-6G fiscal year.
EASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on
October 23
