TOWN COUNCIL
MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Logan called the adjourned meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon to order at 8:05 P.M., Tuesday, April 17, 1990 in Room 5, Del Mar School,
Tiburon, California.

Motion: To approve the Consent Calendar consisting of the following items:
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES #873, March 23, 1990; #874, March 24, 1990
2. DENY APPEAL DESIGN REVIEW BOARD DECISION (A.P.# 38-432-010;
Applicant & Appellant: Novak/Ken Laudry, 10 Buckwheat Court; Denial of
New Residence - RESOLUTION)
Moved: Coxhead, Seconded by Mayberry
Vote: AYES: Unanimous
IV. TOWN COUNCIL COMMENTS
Council members Shaw, Mayberry and Duke expressed their appreciation to Town
Staff for their excellent cooperation and efforts.

v. CERTIFICATION OF APRIL 10,1990
TIBURON MUNICIPAL ELECTION
The Town Council, having received the official results of the election from the Town
Clerk, considered a Resolution certifying the final election results for Ballot
Measure "B" and the selection of three (3) Town Council members. Upon adoption
of this Resolution, the prior Town Council is hereby dissolved.
Motion: To approve Resolution Certifying the Results of the Municipal Election
Held in and For the Town of Tiburon, State of California on the 10th Day
of April 1990 for the Purpose of Electing Three Councilmembers and
Measure "B".
Moved: Shaw, Seconded by Mayberry
Vote: AYES: Unanimous
VI. SEATING OF NEW TOWN COUNCIL
Town Clerk Hennessy swore-in the newly elected Councilmembers and presented
them with their Certificates of Election.
VII. ELECTION OF MAYOR
The Chairman received nominations for the office of Mayor of the Town of Tiburon.
Motion: To elect Peter Logan Mayor of the Town of Tiburon
Moved: Kuhn, Seconded by Coxhead
Vote: AYES: Coxhead, Kuhn, Logan
NOES:Friedman, Thayer
VIII. ELECTION OF VICE-MAYOR
The Mayor took the Chair and conducted the election of Vice-Mayor.
Motion: To elect Jerry Thayer as Vice-Mayor of the Town of Tiburon
Moved: Logan, Seconded by Kuhn
Vote: AYES: Unanimous
IX. BUSINESS
There was no further business before the Council.

x. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon,
Mayor Logan adjourned the meeting at 8:25 P.M. to April 18, 1990 for the regular
meeting.
