MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Logan called the closed session of the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon to order
at 5:30 P.M. to discuss litigation.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Logan called the adjourned meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon to
order at 5:40 P.M., Wednesday, December 19, 1990 in Town Manager's Office, 1155 Tiburon
Blvd., Tiburon, California.

D. NEW BUSINESS
2. RED & WHITE FLEET FERRY SERVICES (Authorize Agreement with Red & White
Fleet to Apply for Funding Assistance)
Mayor Logan outlined the proposed agreement between the Town of Tiburon, City of
Belvedere and Red & White Fleet for application for funding assistance for the Tiburon-San
Francisco ferry service.
Motion:
To approve the proposed agreement and authorize the Mayor to enter into such
agreement.

E. COMMUNICATIONS
3. MCCMC NOMINATION TO ME1ROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
(Nominate Candidate)
Mayor Logan discussed the proposed vacancy and indicated the Marin County City
Selection Committee would be considering appointment of a new representative in January.
He requested any Councilmember who was interested in this position or interested in
making a recommendation to advise him accordingly prior to the January 2, 1991 Town
Council meeting.
4. MAYORS & COUNCILMEMBERS INSTITUTE (January 23-25, 1991)
Mayor Logan acknowledged the Mayors & Councilmembers Institute scheduled for January
23-25, 1991 in San Jose.
F. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor
Logan adjourned the meeting at 6:10 P.M. sine die.
