RESOLUTION NO. 2827
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
THE OVERLAYS OF STREETS - 1991/92
WHEREAS, the 91- T -35 Street Overlays Project was satisfactorily
completed in accordance with the contract by Adobe Construction Co. on
November 7, 1991,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
project consisting of overlay of various streets be accepted by the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on December 3, 1991 by the following vote:
