RESOLUTION NO. 2826
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
MERCURY AVENUE STREET REPAIR STAGE 3
WHEREAS, the 91-T-33, Mercury Avenue Street Repair, Stage 3,
Project was satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract by
Ghilotti Bros, Inc. on November 11, 1991,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
project consisting of Mercury Avenue Street Repair Stage 3 be accepted by
the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on December 3, 1991 by the following vote:
