RESOLUTION NO. 2821
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2764 ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE COMMUNI1Y DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Tiburon Municipal Code requires that any changes to the
Department of Community Development's filing and processing fees be set forth
by Resolution of the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town did adopt Resolution No. 2764 on February 20,
1991, to establish such fees; and
WHEREAS, the Town has since adopted an Ordinance which requires the
filing and approval of a permit prior to drilling of a water well; and
WHEREAS, the Town has determined that a minor amendment to the Site
Plan and Architectural Review filing fee is warranted in order to reduce fees in
certain special instances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that Page 12 of the Community Development Fee Schedule is amended
as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council on
November 5, 1991, by the following vote:
