RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS
OLD TIBURON UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1990-3
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
The assessment proceedings known as Old Tiburon
Undergrounding Assessment District No. 1990-3, Town of Tiburon,
Marin County, California, are hereby abandoned.
Recording of this Resolution pursuant to section 3117 of the
California Streets and Highways Code is not ordered because no
boundary map was ever recorded for this assessment district.

of the Town of Tiburon on November 5, 1991, by the following
vote:

councilmembers Friedman, Coxhead, Logan, Kuhn
and Thayer
