RESOLUTION NO. 2817
A RESOLUTION OF THE TO\VN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION" OF A GRANT
DEED TO THE TIBURON PENINSULA CLUB
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon ("Town") and the Tiburon Peninsula Club
("Club") negotiated an agreement in 1984 whereby the Club would dedicate certain
Club prope11y to the Town for use by the Town in restoring a marsh. In exchange,
the Town would deed adjoining property owned by the Town to the Club; and
WlIEREAS, whi!~ the Club's property was properly transferred to the Town,
the Town's property was never deeded to the Club;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execu.te the grant deed attached
hereto as Exhibit A conveying the property in question to the Tiburon Peninsula
Club
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on October 1, 1991, by the following vote:

Description of a certain parcel of , land' being a portion of Lot' 10
as said lot 'is shown on ,the map entitled "Point Tiburon, ,A
S\lbdivision for Condominium ,Purposes", recorded on February 17,
1984 in Volume 19 of Maps at Page 4, Marin County Records, said
portion of Lot 10 described as follows:
Beginning at a 3/4" iron pipe survey monument located at the
northerly corner of Lot 10 as said lot and monument ar~ shown on
the herein above referenced map, said point 'of beginning also being
the northerly corner of a 7.835 acre parcel, described in Book 2r
of Deeds at Page 221, Marin County Records; thence from said point
of beginning along the northerly property line of said Lot 10,
North 89036'40" .West, 181.53 feet to a point; thence leaving said
northerly property line' of Lot 10, South 46029r17" East, 145.26.
feet to a point on the easterly property line of said Lot 10';
thence from said point along said easterly property line North
37038'20" East, 124.74 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 9,003.9 square feet more or less
